I am sure at times we all get frustrated when things don’t go right. You put a lot of effort into something, and it just doesn’t work. The easiest thing to do would be to give up and move on to something else.
In life in general, if you find yourself in that position you could just walk away from the problem, but in business that is not so easy to do because there may be certain things that have to be done or completed to enable your business to progress.
An example of this could be that you are trying to set up a website but you don’t know how add images to your site. You might try certain things, but nothing works, but you must maintain self belief to ensure that you complete the task.
Sometimes the best thing to do is to take a break for a few minutes, make yourself a coffee, or get some fresh air. When you come back try again, you may find you have been making a simple mistake, but you have been doing it over and over.
If that is not the case then search online to find an answer to your problem. There is usually someone somewhere who has had the same problem. Many answers can be found in forums.
The most important thing is not to give up. Develope a “can do” attitude and this will ensure that whatever gets in your way of progress, you will be able to overcome it.
Self Belief To Overcome Obstacles
Here is an experience I have had, albeit not to do with Internet Marketing. We have been having a few problems with our washing machine.
A few months back it wasn’t pumping water out. I cleaned the filter, everything seemed to be fine. A couple of weeks later we had the same problem. I took the filter out and found it was clogged up with limescale.
I gave the filter a good clean put it back together, everything ran o.k. A few weeks later my wife said the drum in the machine wouldn’t turn. Having seen this before on a previous machine, I thought motor brushes. Sure enough I turned the washing machine over and found the brushes were worn out.
Although the washing machine isn’t that old, with three daughters our machine gets its fair share of use. Anyway I replaced the brushes and away we go back running again.
After six weeks of trouble free washing, we noticed the machine was filling too full of water. That darn machine, I should be tearing my hair out by now, but I haven’t got that much to tear out.
After a bit of research online I have found the problem so it will be back running ASAP, to make sure I keep my girls happy.
The easiest solution after a while would have been to throw the machine away and get a new one, but I have always believed I could fix it, and up until now I have, but I am not sure my wife is always that confident.
Having a “can do” attitude has helped me get more life out of that machine, and I haven’t finished with it yet.
This comes back to my earlier point about not giving up and being determined to seeing the job through even when things aren’t going well. You can and will overcome those obstacles, so no excuses for not growing your business.

It may not be so easy to get them to buy again. Make sure you have a good offer with great value for them, otherwise your chance of extra profit will be gone.

There are upsells around us and people may not even realize it. Well maybe as marketers we might, here are a couple of examples.
If you go into a MacDonalds, the person at the checkout will ask you if you would like a drink with your order, or if you would like fries with your order. I wonder how many people take up the offer and how much that increases profits.
Another example I came across was in a motorway service station. I had been driving for a couple of hours one morning and decided to stop for breakfast. I ordered a full English breakfast and a coffee. At the checkout I was asked if I wanted a bottle of water to take out.
I hadn’t noticed that offer being made before, but someone had seen an opportunity to make a bit more profit. Watching for a while I noticed some people took up the offer.

Copywriting is an important skill to learn. Today if you are looking to hire a copywriter it will cost you a lot of money to hire a good one. There are various courses available to learn how to write good copy. If you intend to create products yourself then learning how to write good copy could save you a lot of money, and who knows you might find you have a talent for it.
If you are looking to write a sales letter for yourself the best way to go about it is to look at other sales letters to see how others have structured theirs. The messages written on the cardboard mean the same thing but it is the power of the message written by the young lady which clearly demonstrates the importance of using the right words to convey a message, and also to get the desired reaction.
Sometimes it is difficult to put into written words what we mean. A spoken word is easier to get a message across. Writing what we actually mean and to make sense can be difficult especially if you are not creative with your writing, which I’m sure quite a few of us are not.
This comes back to my earlier point about copywriting. If you want to achieve the right reaction to get the results that you want then by whatever means use good copy.

Article Marketing Still Has A Place

Article marketing has been a well talked about subject as to its effectiveness in internetmarketing in today’s climate. A few short years ago you write articles about your niche and submit them to the top article directories and you would see traffic to your website, and it would also help with your rankings because of the backlinking benefits.
Some would argue now that article marketing is dead, but that is not the case. It may be that it is not so effective as it once was but it can still have a part to play in getting traffic to your website. Tips To Maintain Your Email List

You have probably heard the saying the money is in the list, which of course is true. But first you have to build the list, then you need to know how to communicate and interact and build a relationship with your subscribers. If this is done correctly your list can make you money for years to come.
There are different ways to make money from your email list. Some marketers will build big list very quickly and then bombard them with offer after to offer and totally disregard the relationship part. Because of the list size they will make some money, but the response rate will quickly diminish and the list will get dumped. I not saying this model is wrong because initially money will be made from the email list but it is only for a short time.
